Business strategy/operations/finance
UBIQ Aerospace is seeking a new team member to strengthen our capabilities within business strategy, operations and finance. You will be an advisor, thought partner and multiplier for our leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and managing the organization’s business processes, systems, and workflows and act as an internal consulting strategist and project manager in helping the organization maximize impact.

Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting leadership with strategic planning
Helping identify strategic priorities
Overseeing initiatives and large scale projects from ideation to implementation
Identifying and solving core problems or opportunities within business processes
Providing communications support; draft emails, reports, memos, presentations, internal and external communications
Leading board meeting preparation and follow up
Financial work
Planning, organizing, and running meetings with internal and external stakeholders and owning follow-up action items
Improving internal business processes and decision-making
Depending on background and wishes there could be a stronger focus towards finance responsibilities or more towards business development
When it comes to your background and experience we are open minded. Also when it comes to your seniority level, hence why we haven’t written a specific title.
You might be an engineer with experience from working with operations/finance/business administration OR you might have a financial/business administration background with experience from technology environments. We believe that experience from management consulting or other strategic advisor roles is highly relevant and that project management experience is helpful too. Experience from a startup company in a growth phase is a plus, but not a must.
